If you wish to return or exchange a plant that we have delivered ourselves, please let us know within 7 days and we will arrange to collect/replace it as soon as possible.

As we are sure you'll appreciate, we cannot exchange or refund plants once they have been removed from their pots, or if they've been allowed to perish due to inadequate care and attention.

If you wish to return or exchange a plant that you have collected directly from us, please let us know within 7 days and we will arrange a time for you to return the plant in question.
