Origanum vulgare 'Compactum' (Compact Oregano/Margoram)

A bushy, woody-based perennial forming a low mound to 15cm tall with small, aromatic, ovate leaves and loose sprays of tiny, scented pale pink flowers opening from summer to early autumn. The leaves are used dried or fresh with spaghetti, pizza and other Itaian dishes.
